Mother’s Day we planted 28 Douglas Fir seedlings. It was the best spring day ever to be kneeling in the soil with punkn’, who gave each one “love” pats.
Happy Mother’s Day!
Part of the enjoyment this season is the visits from our shadow edge neighbors. We’ve been giving the deer fruit and veggie scraps close to our fence and barn to catch more of them closer to the house. Punkn’ thinks they are Santa’s reindeer. There must have been 7 or more grazing in the snow this sunrise morning.
